How it Works

(1) Contact us at (772) 678-2980 and we will give you an overview of the services we provide and answer any questions you have.

(2) If you're interested in utilizing our services we will schedule an appointment to show you a property that interests you. This will give us a chance to meet and make a decision about whether we're a good fit to work together. Not only is it crucial to us that we work with sane, nice and happy clients, but it should also be important to you as well.

(3) If we decide to work together we will input your home search criteria into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and each time a home comes on the market that matches your criteria you will receive an e-mail with the property information, photos and maps. You can also search for homes on the Conrad Realty Group website, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.

(4) Select the homes you want to view and contact us with the addresses and we will schedule the appointments to show you the homes.

(5) We require a showing fee of $100 per property to be paid prior to the showing. All showing fees will be credited towards our minimum fee of $2,500 which is due at closing.

(6) We meet you at the homes you want to view as we do not provide transportation.

(7) When we find a home you want to purchase we will have a state certified residential real estate appraiser estimate the value of the home prior to making an offer. This will help you make a knowledgeable offer which could save you thousands of dollars on your home purchase.

(8) We will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price and terms.

(9) When you purchase a home you will receive 100% of any amount (commission and bonuses) that we are paid by the seller or listing broker.
